Its designed I think to be a gatecamping ship. People wont attack you with logi on the gate, so you can just cloak up your etanas and use them to decloak and rep you on the gate

I understand why pirate implants are banned - if allowed, every single ship on every serious team would have full HG pirate sets. But drugs come with disadvantages, not all ships are noticeably improved by them - why are they not allowed?

There are hauler bots that will take pretty much any highsec-only contract for pretty much any price. I only put more than a few thousand isk total if I want it moved in the next 24-48 hours.

I would go for ewar first, falcons in particular. Falcons and logis both help mitigate incoming dps, but falcons can also break points and such, that let you gtfo. I would want (in order): skirmish links, falcon, logistics, curse, armor/siege lin...
